This is a solid wakeboard as you can see! There are some surface scratches and small nicks on the outside of the board, but other than that, this is in great working order and is ready to be used. The design on the back of this board looks great and the fins look solid! This comes with just the board as you can see in the pictures (SEE PICS)!
