This gently used set of three balls comes in a vinyl carrying case and includes a regulation size softball (6.5 oz), a light softball (5.5 oz.), and a heavy softball (8.5 oz.). The training set includes an 8 week workout that is designed to increase speed. The ball seams are colored to help make weight identification easier. The Weighted Balls can be used within the workout or by themselves to improve strength, speed, wrist, snap and quickness.
