This mat is 3 ft wide and a little over 7ft long. Has a 24” painted rubber which is regulation size. This is the perfect training aid for a young girl who is just learning to pitch and use power line. Just spike it in your yard or put it in your basement and that’s it. If outside I recommend a few things like adding some beach sand or playground sand to weigh it down and it will help the longevity of the fibers.
