These top sheets may have one to five chips that do not compromise the integrity of the snowboard’s top sheet. Base Condition 8.0: This base may have lots of minor scratches or scuffs. They may have some substantial scratching or scrape that may need P-TEX to be fully repaired along with a tune; however, are still ready to use with no base welds needed. These may show signs of having a major P-TEX or base weld repair but these repairs are in good shape and ready to use. These bases have a fresh coat of wax on them and are ready to hit the slope.
