Base Condition 9.5 This base condition is of a ski that may have never been used and is only showing scuffing incurred during storage or may have been used but still looks new with no visible cosmetic damage. Bases that have a fresh tune on them are counted in this category as they will show no scratching and look new. This is the highest score a used ski can receive and will be only the very best condition of used skis.
