Condition Report Top Sheet Condition 9.0: This top sheet is in excellent condition with very minimal signs of wear. You may find some light, superficial scratches from normal use, but the graphics remain crisp and there are no significant chips or gouges that affect the aesthetics or structural integrity. Base Condition 8.0: This base condition may have lots of minor scratches or scuffs. They may have some substantial scratching or scrape that may need P-TEX to be fully repaired along with a tune; however, are still ready to use with no base welds needed.
