The edges may have five or more chips to the top sheet as well as large gouges or heavy scratches may be present. There may be chips or gouges that have been repaired by epoxy or may need repaired by epoxy. Option 230914 Base Condition 7.0: This base condition will have lots of scratching through the base. It will have some deep scratches and gouges that require P-TEX repairs and a tune. These skis do not need any base welds to be repaired and are safe to use and can be used out of the box; however, we recommend repairs and a tune be made to this ski to maximize your experience on the ski.
