The edges of the top sheet may have five or more chips to the top sheet as well as large gouges or heavy scratches. Portions of the top sheet may be delaminating and peeling back from the base. This ski has no compromising damage and is still skiable but has significant cosmetic damage. Option212164Base Condition 7.5: This base condition describes a ski that may have a fair amount of scratching across the ski base. It will have a few deep scratches and gouges that may require P-TEX repairs and a tune. These skis do not need any base welds to be repaired and are safe to use out of the box; however, we recommend repairs and a tune on this ski to maximize your skiing experience.
