The 2023 Peak 98, designed under the leadership of Bode Miller, is a high-performance all-mountain ski that rethinks traditional metal laminates. The core feature is Keyhole Technology, a unique cut in the top layer of Titanal that allows the ski to initiate turns easily and maintain a flexible forebody while retaining incredible torsional stiffness underfoot and through the tail. At 98mm underfoot, it is designed as a "quiver killer," offering enough float for off-piste exploration while delivering the edge grip and stability of a high-end carving ski. It is a damp, powerful, and balanced ride that excels at high speeds across variable terrain. Condition: Top Sheet Condition 7.5 This top sheet condition indicates more noticeable wear. Expect frequent scratching across the surface and several visible chips along the edges. These are cosmetic and do not affect the structural integrity or performance of the ski, but they show clear signs of regular use. Base Condition: 7.5 This base condition describes a ski that has a fair amount of scratching across the ski base. It will have a few deep scratches and gouges that may require P-TEX repairs and a tune. These skis do not need any base welds to be repaired and are safe to use out of the box; however, we recommend a professional tune to maximize your performance on the snow.
