There may be chips or gouges that have been repaired by epoxy or may need repaired by epoxy. Condition: Base Condition 8.0 This base condition may have lots of minor scratches or scuffs. They may have some substantial scratching or scrape that may need P-TEX to be fully repaired along with a tune; however, are still ready to use with no base welds needed.
