The Elan Wildcat 82 C Women's Skis represent the lady's version of the Men’s Wingman skis. At 82- millimeters underfoot, it's on the narrower side for all-mountain skiing, so it falls more in line with the front side crowd. And it does that very well thanks to the build, shape, and profile of the skis. Light, fun, and easy to turn, the Wildcat 82 C starts out with a fiberglass-laminated wood core that generates a ton of snap and pop. The glass does a great job at adding energy to the ski, and while the epoxy involved in the construction does add a bit of weight, it also provides some structure and heft for energetic carving performance. Intermediate skiers will love the ski's ability to get from edge to edge both quickly and efficiently. While the upper-end models have the CX build consisting of the tubelite wood core, the C does not, so what you miss out on in technology, you make up for in simplicity, and there are a lot of skiers out there who like that aspect of the ski. Additional carbon is placed along the inside edges of the ski thanks to the true line technology. Intermediate skiers looking to add a whole new level of edge grip and performance who love to rip carved turns on the groomers will fall in love with the Elan Wildcat 82 C Women's Skis.
