The 2024 Head Kore 85 is the narrowest ski in the Kore line, making it a frontside specialist with a lightweight and high-performance feel. Built for intermediate to expert skiers, this ski excels on groomed runs but is still nimble enough to handle bumps and light off-piste conditions. The construction features a light Karuba/Poplar wood core, a multi-layer carbon sandwich cap construction, and Graphene fused into the tip and tail. This combination creates a ski that is both responsive and stable without the added weight of traditional metal laminates. The ski features an Allride Rocker profile (tip and tail rocker with camber underfoot), providing easy turn initiation and a great feel in a variety of snow conditions. These skis are mounted with Head Attack 11 bindings, which are compatible with both traditional Alpine DIN and GripWalk (GW) boot soles. All skis have been freshly waxed and are ready for the slopes. Condition: Top Sheet Condition: 8.0: This top sheet condition may have moderate to heavy amounts of scratching to the surface of the tip and tails from ski usage. These top sheets may have one to five chips that do not compromise the integrity of the ski’s top sheet. Base Condition: 8.5: This base condition will have some noticeable scratching on some or most of the base. These scratches and scuffs could be removed with a fresh tune without any need for P-TEX repairs needed. There is no deep gouging or pitting on the base currently. These bases may show minor P-TEX repairs from the past but do not need any more. These skis have a fresh coat of wax on them and are ready to hit the slope.
