No clue the size or if they are downhill or not. I am a mens 8.5 shoe size and these are about a size small. My guess is they are around. 25-26.5 size no clue the flex or binding compatibility. I had to put some stuff down while listing so most of that is wrong so the things that are said here in the description are what you should look at
