They are new in the sense that they have never been worn. We took them out of the original boxes for this listing.
Some of the boots show some cosmetic staining from storage. Each pair has been run in our "SaniSport" cleaning machine (waterless process, treated with an ozone gas and teatree oil). Still, the boots have a "basement smell" from storage.
We find that over time, the material on the top of some of these boot can crack, however the boots are still very fit for use and functional! At $12.49/pair, how can you go wrong?
