Pennant is blue in color with red highlights and features a Bel Air High School Highlanders logo design printed on the front. SPECS: Pennant is made of heavy duty felt and measures approximately 12" wide at its widest side by 31" long across its top and bottom edge. CONTENTS: 1 Bel Air High School Highlanders El Paso, Texas vintage 1970s felt pennant. CONDITION: This item is fantastic vintage condition; however, it is missing its tassels and there is a minor pin hole towards the end near the tip. The very end of the tip is missing as well...but otherwise, this pennant is sharp and crisp!
