The choice of the founders of the game, hickory is known for its strength, elasticity, shock-absorption, and durability in performance. These handmade hickory defense sticks come from locally grown and harvested trees that are felled, rough sawn and naturally air-dried for over two years. Boards are then selected based on their strength characteristics and grain patterns, the straighter the better! From there the boards are rough cut to shape and carving is finished with hand tools. All sticks are 60 inches in length. Engraving is available, please send a message for details. All lacrosse heads and sticks can have slightly different dimensions and can also shrink and expand over time depending on the material. These sticks are all cut to the most common dimensions and can easily be sanded if too large. If too small (a wobble is present) the most common fix is a wrap or two of grip tape before affixing the head and set screw. Each shaft is guaranteed for one-year from date of delivery. If during the course play your shaft breaks for any reason, it will be replaced with an identical item free of charge, buyer to pay shipping. Team discounts available on five (5) or more shafts.
