Below the boot, Alkali upgraded the Cele skates with their aluminum Hi-Lo chassis and outdoor Loki 82A wheels. The chassis promotes a balanced and aggressive stance with the bigger wheels in the back, while the robust wheel construction allows these skates to be used on rough outdoor surfaces like asphalt and concrete.
