Nexus 1N skates are comfortable, responsive, and built for smooth skaters looking for balance and control. These skates offer a traditional Deep-V shape for a secure heel lock while the heat-moldable Bauer Curv composite wraps the foot for a comfortable anatomical feel. The innovative one-piece Injected Stability Lacing System maximizes energy transfer and increases boot stability, while the Form Fit Lite Pro Felt tongue provides protection against impacts and lace bite. Bauer’s 37.5 interior liner with abrasion resistant padding wicks away moisture to keep feet dry and cool, while Bauer’s SpeedPlate molds to the foot to offer better balance and control. The Tuuk Lightspeed Edge holder is taller for more aggressive turns, while the LS4 steel runners stay sharper longer and offer a tool-less changing system for on the fly adjustments.
If you have a wide foot, and are one of those people who always seems to have trouble buying sneakers and dress shoes that fit comfortably, don’t worry -- we hear you. If you fit this description, we recommend you check out Nexus 1N skates. Bauer’s latest Nexus skates are the widest skate option offered from the brand. Given their width, you may be worried that you’re sacrificing control -- but that’s not the case with 1N skates. These wheels are still packed with high performance attributes. Incorporating a 3D lasted carbon fiber ¼ package, this skate features injected eyelets to help you achieve a better ankle wrap for an overall more stable, secure fit. A Deep V heel finishes off the great overall fit of Nexus 1N skates.
