Sherwood 5030 shoulder caps, the newer low-profile style, not the flat "dinner plate" version. Removed from a pair of size medium pads, but these will fit on any senior pads. These pads are in very good condition with extra long straps sewn on so you can cut to the appropriate length and sew onto your shoulder pads. This listing is for the caps only and no other pads are included. Sewing required, I recommend a Speedy Stitcher with waxed thread. Perfect for any Frankenpad project. Serious inquiries only please!
