With a new spine construction as well as sanitized treated liner, the Vapor X900 Lite shoulder pads have a lot to offer at a mid-price point. The Bauer Vapor X900 Lite shoulder pads feature a tapered fit with Hyperlite foam throughout almost all of the protection. The Hyperlite foam on the X900 Lite shoulder pads allows for elite protection and comfort while remaining extremely light in weight. The shoulder caps on the Vapor X900 Lite are a low-profile design that is not bulky and allows for complete freedom of movement. The new spine design on the X900 Lite shoulder pads is a floating spine construction that separates the harder HD foam spinal protector from the softer perforated foam on the back for the best possible feel without sacrificing protection. For protection on the chest and sternum, the Vapor X900 Lite shoulder pads feature a dual layer of Hyperlite foam on the sternum and independent side panels. Finally, on the biceps the Vapor X900 Lite shoulder pads feature an adjustable dual layer hyperlite foam protection. The Bauer Vapor X900 Lite shoulder pads include multiple points of adjustment including the traditional Velcro strapping on the torso and biceps, as well as an adjustment underneath the shoulder cap to shift the bicep protection up and down for a proper fit.
