Navy blue/light blue/white Philly Express pant shell, adult small. This shell has never been worn, but does not have packaging so I'm not listing it as new. The PX logo on the side was unstitched and removed. This shell is designed to fit over pants, it can still be worn over a girdle if you don't mind a looser fit. All measurements are pictured, so please refer to them over the size tag.
