This is the My SlideBoard Lit from Hockey Revolution, a premium off-ice hockey training slide board designed specifically to build skating power, hip strength, agility, balance, core stability, endurance, and change-of-direction explosiveness—helping prevent on-ice injuries while mimicking the smooth glide of real ice. Compatible with Hockey Revolution’s My Puzzle system for expanded stickhandling/passing drills. It’s a modular design made of 12 durable orange tiles (each ~33x33 cm), forming a full board approximately 200 cm long x 66 cm wide (~6.6 ft x 2.2 ft) with a low 1.1 cm profile. The surface provides effortless, low-friction sliding ideal for hockey-specific lateral shuffles, crossovers, quick feet drills, and dryland conditioning. It’s portable, easy to assemble/disassemble thanks to the interlocking tiles, and works indoors or outdoors on flat surfaces. This is the “Lit” model (more compact/entry-to-mid level in their lineup compared to the larger Pro version), in excellent used condition from the photos—no visible wear on the stoppers or tiles, just minor floor marks on the mat area which are typical.
