Kwik Hands Stickhandling System Welcome to the Speed of Hands Training Program! The Kwik Hands system is the foundation to the Speed of Hands Training Program as it targets the top hand on the stick which is essential to developing great stick skills. Many players hold the stick with their dominate hand on the bottom (i.e. Player that is right hand dominate and shoots right handed) causing inefficiency in the ability to control the puck and / or the quickness of hands. When done properly, the Kwik Hands System will train your top hand on the stick to become the dominate hand which is essential to the progression of the Speed of Hands Training Program. Also, the steel balls included in the Kwik Hands System will be used throughout the Speed of Hands Training program to assist in developing proper strength associated with stick handling, Passing & Shooting.
