The VN foam is slow memory comfort foam, meaning over time it will mold to your head. PORON XRD foam inserts for additional comfort and great protection from impacts. The occipital lock is spring loaded, so it does not need to be adjusted. The IMS 9.0 has strategic vent ports for great breathability and is treated with MICROBAN antimicrobial protection.
