This helmet definitely has some wear to it. The padding is still in good shape, but they helmet is missing its protective ear pieces and some screws in it. You can see this in the pictures. If bought, you could take this to a pro shop and get screw replacements and protective ear pieces if you wanted to. Since the helmet is in used, older condition, I will throw in a Bauer half visor for free with the purchase of the helmet. The visor is in good shape and was only worn a handful of times. Minimal scratching, if any.
