This is the replacement VN foam padding from a medium Bauer 3500 helmet. This is the very similar the 4500, but grey instead of tan and the top segment is one piece instead of two. It is used with some minor staining from use, but is still in good condition and very soft. It is washed, sanitized, and very clean. There is a small indent on the back of the top piece, which is only cosmetic. Keep in mind this does not include the 2nd layer of black and red foam, just what is pictured. The pads will need to be re-glued onto your current helmet using the sides with the dried glue on them. If you have a medium 4500 shell that needs padding replaced, this would be a good choice. This listing is for the padding only and NO helmet or other pieces are included.
