Comfort is key, the bauer 4500 is the perfect fit. Style is Second which the 4500 does not lack. Look good, feel good, play good.
the absolut classic by far coolest helmet out there
Picked up this great Bauer 4500 helmet on Sideline. It's an old school helmet that fits me perfectly and I was so happy to have found what I was looking for on Sideline Swap. Helmet was in perfect condition, easy to find and it shipped from the buyer quickly.
If you know you know, helmet for style not protection.
Best helmet still out there
The Bauer 4500 hockey helmet is defined by its classic look. It features a dual-ridge crown and dual-density VN foam for protection. The 4500 has a quick tool adjustment, which allows easy customization of the head shape, ensuring maximum comfort and protection. The 4500 also features a ventilation system, incorporating vents that allow airflow to circulate the helmet, preventing heat buildup.
The Bauer 4500 is a classic workhorse that dates back 3 decades, spanning brand names like Cooper, Nike, and even Nike Bauer. It's not the flashiest option, but it gets the job done with solid impact protection. The dual-density foam liner shapes to the head and provides reliable comfort and protection for the long haul. This helmet is a great choice for the purist who appreciates the classics, and it’s still widely used in the NHL today.
