CCM Tacks 9060 Goalie Skates Senior Size 8.5D

These skates were used in a goalie fitting demo. Never baked, no visible signs of wear. Brand new for 2018, CCM has crossed the innovation and technology from their Super Tacks player skate into the new CCM Tacks 9060 Senior Goalie Skates. Building off of the already successful design, the Tacks 9060 skate has a new ergonomic boot specifically cut for a goaltenders performance. Starting with the outer quarter package, the boot is made with MetaFrame technology giving the goalie a locked in feel specifically made with lightweight thermo-formable Speedcore 1 shape which allows the goaltender bake their skates to fit. Generally, Tacks 9060 skates will have an anatomical fit which increase the amount of contact the boot has with the foot. This is paramount to reduce energy transfer and provide a solid fit throughout. Moving to the tongue, CCM utilized a classic Felt material with embossed lace-bite protection. This strategic design gives the goalie forward flex in their stance, but rigidity to help fight energy loss. The inside of the boot features an HD Microfiber liner which has high resistance to wear to keep the foot comfortable and protected. Filling out the inside of the skate, the Tacks 9060 has an advanced fitting footbed for added comfort and support to the goalies arch. The Tacks 9060 features a holder which helps give the goalie a great attack angle for all pushes and recoveries. However, the toe and heel still have a traditional shape to them to add in protection and extra support across the boot. Finishing off the skate, the Tacks 9060 has a Prolite G Stainless steel blade to provide quality edge life. Compared to the Tacks 9060 Senior goalie skate, the Tacks 9080 will feature higher quality construction with higher grade materials in the insole, outsole and holder.
