Bauer NME 8 Goalie Mask Senior Large Fit 3 Cateye non CSA Fiberglass and Kevlar

Used for approx. 50-60 one hour on ice sessions for mens league hockey. Virtually no smell or chips, tags are still on the carry bag that is included. Also comes with (2) sweatbands as well as all of the paperwork from Bauer. Also just installed a brand new never used Bauer Cateye cage. This mask has been discontinued from Bauer & the black fit 3 large non-CSA is unavailable anywhere in North America now. Get this Unicorn before it goes away! DESCRIPTION The Bauer NME 8 Goalie Mask follows in the footsteps of the NME 7, which was a very successful helmet for Bauer. The materials used in the shell and liner make this mask compete with the top-of-the-line helmets. The shell is built with a fiberglass base, but it features Kevlar in the forehead and chin. Bauer features an new "vibration dampening tape" inside the shell this year which is meant to lessen vibration within the shell during impacts. The foam has a mechanically attached liner which when the cage comes unscrewed, the liner can be taken out and cleaned (also making it easier if you were to get it painted).The foam is is constructed of three VN foam layers, with comfort foam added in pressure zones. Two Thermo-Max sweatbands (included) works with these foams to provide you great comfortability! Finally, the cage is composed of a stainless steel, oval wire with wire wrap technology, offering protection to the shell if the cage were to get dented. The sight lines have been placed in position to give the best forward and peripheral vision possible!
