NHL LEGAL SIZING: Possibly? We recommend to verify with local sanction rules/regulations in your area. Applies PRO goalies only. If you play recreational leagues, then item is perfectly fine to use.
HOCKEY SMELL - No stink! Little to no odor. We apologize, typical being a USED item. We spray disinfectant febreze to minimize smell. Recommend to continually air out item after each game & spray febreze or clean interior. For shipping purposes, we place scented dryer sheets inside item.

**notable issues:
Cosmetic wear - Slight wear, internal toe area, where the pads rub against the surface. Also, the internal nash has some wearing.
Dust/dirt spottings, but nothing serious.
BUCKLE: One buckle was broken. However, its being held by a zip tie. Seems to do the job. Buyer can't remove clip from buckle, but you can remove the elastic strap from holder.
STRAPS: Slight wear. Seller cannot guarantee strap quality or lifespan.
Straps, buckles/clips and elastic are really in good shape. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the game seller cannot guarantee lifespan of strapping system.
