I like leaving long laces as a personal style choice but they can be snipped off without concern.
Glove is what's considered a 600 break, meaning the closure action is fingertip to thumb, similar to a baseball glove. 600 break gloves are generally longer to provide the user a bigger catching radius around their body.
The Supreme blocker build is meant to provide massive pop. Meanwhile the interior is very plush and the most comfortable blocker I've come across.
