New Vaughn Velocity V7 Goalie Blocker

Online Description: New for 2016, Vaughn Custom Sports launches the Velocity V7 XF Pro Blocker. While keeping the same great feel that Vaughn is known for, they were able to incorporate reinforcements throughout the line to increase performance. The XF Pro blocker is based off of the V6 2000 blocker and still has incorporated internals to follow the feel of its predecessors. Aesthetically, the only change the blocker has undergone is now a new graphic which now splits the large zone in half giving the goalie more creative feeling in their design of the blocker. The board of the XF features a bindingless look to create a cleaner and visually larger blocking surface. Inside, the board is lined with HD foams to aid in protection and a lighter feel on the hand. Accompanied with a beveled blocker board at the bottom of the fingers, the weight is distributed evenly across the back of the hand to further assist in faster movements. Hand placement on the XF features a floating wrist cuff which allows for more rotation in save selections and a better opening for chest protector arms. Further protecting the hand, the XF Pro features full double wrap around finger protection to seal off any gaps. The palm on the XF is Vaughn’s MSH3 material with Nash finger stalls which helps grip the stick and also keep vibrations to a minimum. Compared to the Velocity XF Pro blocker, the XF Pro Carbon will feature domestic manufacturing and materials that are ultimately more resistant to wear.
