The all new CCM YTFlex 2 Youth Goalie Blocker is designed to promote proper save fundamentals and help young goalies learn to play the game. Starting off, the CCM YTFlex 2’s graphic is a single large design the shoots outward and up to the edges of the blocker with rippled lining above and below the main design. Looking on to the face of the CCM YTFlex 2, the front board uses a pre-curved shape to help deflect pucks naturally in to corners behind the net. The front board of the blocker uses a single density foam and plastic to further help optimize rebound control. On to the palm of the CCM YTFlex 2 goalie blocker, CCM has used a centered palm position to create a great balance for maximum control over the YTFlex blocker’s feel on the hand of the goalie. Next, the palm of the blocker is made of Beige Nash material for a better game ready feel and comfort for the goaltender. CCM has also provided a palm guard which offers more durability to the palm of the blocker and reinforces the goaltenders hand. Moving on to the thumb and finger protection, the CCM YTFlex 2 uses a molded thumb lock to offer more protection for the goaltender as well as low density foam wrap for added protection on the fingers of the YTFlex 2 blocker.
