Leagues: Beginner only If you DON'T see alot of hard slap shots at the beginner level for ice and roller, then we don't recommend this glove. We do remember that this line of gear was sponsored by Grant Fuhr for a short time. NOT WORN BY A PRO- Just for clarification this catch glove was NOT worn by Fuhr. However, Franklin paid Fuhr to sponsor this particular line of gear. This means it was normal STOCK issue. From our research online, Franklin back in the mid to late 1990s had two types of goalie equipment one line of gear was versatile for ice/roller goalies and the other for street. Discontinued by manufacturer - They don't make the ice/roller gear anymore. However, when released Franklin advertise that this gear can be used on ice and roller hockey. Recommend to only use this for beginner hockey leagues only. NOT NHL legal sizing for PRO goalies, please do your research before bidding on this item. However, if you play beer or recreational leagues, then it's perfectly fine to use. However, it's not recommended for pro usage. HOCKEY SMELL - Actually, little to none. Still has a NEW material type smell. Just in case, we still spray disinfectant febreze to minimize smell. Just recommend to continually air out glove after each and every game and spray febreze. For shipping purposes, we will place scented dryer sheets in each item. Condition: LIKE NEW **notable issues: Seller will describe the item as much as possible. Please understand, that it's impossible to describe every little detail. Immaculate Condition Very light wear. Hardly noticeable. Probably used no more than a couple of times. Some Puck marks throughout. NOT fully broken in, buyer may need some time to break glove in before use. Review images for best results.
