They are slide plates that attach to your goalie pads so that roller hockey goalies can slide. Here is the description from Ice Warehouse:

Will fit most 30"-38" sized leg pads
Plates can fit most 26"-28" leg pads, but it is not an optimal fit, and therefore cannot be fully recommended.

There are videos online showing you how to attach them. They have straps, but you can also use velcro (my preference) to quickly attach. I'm listing this while at work, but I believe the slide plates still have the velcro on them, and I will include the rest of the industrial strength velcro you can use for your pads. (should save you another $20)
