Used custom Kova neck guard approx. senior sized with gel. I acquired this barely used neck guard used, but it is too big for my teenage goalie. Best of the best as far as neck guards go. Hand made in Finland.

Senior neck guard dimensions: Height in the front 2″ – 5cm and 2″ – 5cm on the sides. Neck circumference 15″-17″ – 37-42cm. The width of the clavicle protection is 14 1/2″ – 36cm.
Since this is a custom guard it may be slightly different than stock Senior dimensions. But appears to be close to senior dimensions for stock units.
