Nice knee guards with life left in them but I am moving to a garter belt system. Never had a stinger to the knee with these, good protectoin. I have bird legs and I was running out of the base velcro area when strapping around so I would get a little slippage with these.
Because of this here is my recommendation:
My measurement around my knee is: 15" - make sure you are at 16" plus
My measurement around my thigh about 4 inches above my knee cap is: 18" - make sure you are at 19" plus
If you do this you shouldn't need any strapping or garter system and will get a nice tight fit with these knee guards. OR use a strap/tape or garter system with these.
