These are used prolace-style goalie prolace straps that came with a set of leg pads I purchased, but I do not need. The elastic bands are still very tight, stretchy, and strong, and the Velcro maintains a secure, firm hold. All bolts and necessary hardware are included, so they are ready to install and use. I can’t confirm the exact brand or model since they came with my pads, but they appear to be prolace straps and are in great shape.
While I’m not certain about the appropriate category for these, they fit best under hockey goalie leg pads accessories. The straps are in used condition, reflecting normal wear but remain fully functional. They came off of senior 34 pads, just incase the company makes different sizes, from the bolts to the tip of the Velcro is in the ballpark of 14-15in.
