New, never used Halo Hockey Posi-Lock goalie elastic toe ties. Hand crafted in the USA. Fantastic quality, only selling because they are a spare. Custom orders usually take 1-2 weeks to ship after ordering from Hockey Halo, but these are in hand and will ship next business day. Elastic is about 24" long.
Description from Halo Hockey: We've improved the toe tie by adding a positive lock by "sandwiching" the velcro to eliminate the possibility of it coming undone during a game. We also use a high end eyelet to keep the stretch cord from pulling through the toe tie.
