I had these made by Warrior before they shipped their custom operation overseas and phased out the Franchise line. The gloves were made in Canada and have full plastic inserts for added protection. The cuff is the "Hossa cuff" that they used to offer. The gloves were recently sent to Custom Pro Repair in Montreal (where NHL teams send gloves) and they outfitted the gloves with all new mesh gussets, Nash palms and a digital overlay on the palm and thumb for added grip. I used the gloves one single time after the repalming in a pickup game. The gloves have extremely little to no smell. Color of the gloves are black and blue.
