Some of the shafts are mismatched. They are all graphite, ladies flex shafts except for the 9 iron. The 9 iron is a senior flex shaft (very similar in weight and bend) The 5 and 8 iron are missing the Ping logo weights on the back of the heads as pictured. The grips are all worn and leaving residue on hands to the touch. They need replaced. Good used condition otherwise. This iron set has been played and shows typical wear on the heads, faces, and soles as pictured.
