Men’s 1979 Ping Eye Black Dot Iron Set

This is a great opportunity to grab a classic set of irons. These are the original Karsten Ping Eye irons from 1979 in the black dot lofting system and are in great shape for their age! While the listing states 9 club lot (because that was max option), this set is actually a 10 club iron set ranging from 2-SW. All clubs are in their stock stiff Zz-Lite shafts with black Tour Pride Tour Wrap grips (the older lamkin styled ones), with the exception of one club that has dry rot on grip. The clubs all have matching serial numbers and are in the standard finish. You can ask anyone about these clubs, if you know you know, theres a reason they’re a long running favorite of many! This would make an excellent first adult set for a teen and would allow them access to the low irons generally skipped in those pre-made big box store bag kits.
