Everything works as it should, and the cart rolls and folds properly. The foam grip on the handle has several tears and areas of wear from use (SEE PICS)!! This cart also has the bracket for the optional seat mount attached, but the seat mount itself is NOT included. Please note that an umbrella mount is NOT included. Please note that the little lower bag support bracket will be removed for shipping so the cart can fit more compactly in the shipping box. Reinstallation is simple and only requires reinstalling one screw and nut ! One thing to note about this original Speed Cart model is that it does not include a wheel brake or locking mechanism; the wheels free-roll as designed.
