My kids messed around with it more than anything. The bag is filled with old shirts and foam which I will remove for shipping purposes. So when it comes, it will come in a small package, but it’s very easy to fill to the heaviness of your liking and is actually a good workout. I don’t have the 3 balls that came with it as I have 2 kids that lost them but throwing in the pink UFC 10 oz women gloves for free as they were given to my wife from a friend.
