It dates to the late 1800's. It is in good condition, especially considering the age. The leather has slight surface cracking along the edges of the flaps, and the billet straps show wear. The biggest issue is that the right panel needs to be re-attached to the back of the saddle. The tree is solid and tight. Comes as pictured with usable leathers and irons.
