This is an open box customer return from Amazon that I bought on a liquidation pallet. It appears new but may show some light signs of handling because it's a return. All the accessories are there and it's complete. The outer packaging is a little nicked up/torn, but everything is in excellent working condition. I tested the functions as much as I was able and it appears to work as it should, but I didn't have a Garmin or anything similar to hook it up to. But I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work. If there are issues, just reach out to me and let me know. As such, I've adjusted the price accordingly just in case there are any unforeseen issues. So here's a chance to get a great deal on one of these!
