The helmet's face guard features a redesigned shell, cage, and padding system. The All-Star catcher’s helmet has a molded shell made from impact-resistant ABS plastic, providing the maximum amount of safety. This helmet also features a removable and machine-washable liner, with an UltraCool mesh design that keeps it fast-drying during play. The MVP2500 also has an I-Bar Vision steel cage that deflects direct impacts away from a catcher’s head. With a strong center bar on the cage and its wedge-shaped design, balls that target your face guard will bounce off upon impact. This helmet is SEI certified to the NOCSAE standards.
