Multiple zippered pockets , all zippers working 100% and are high quality zippers. Includes a small zippered case for personal items , phone , keys etc. Wheels are smooth and quiet. Handle is sturdy and strong. Has a small window for a personalized name plate if you wish to do add later. Inside divider is removable and held in with strong velcro.
