Impax Foam liner for excellent protection and comfort Snap Flaps for easy-to-use adjustability Cooling vents for added comfort The hockey helmet is arguably the most important piece of equipment in terms of safety. Experts state that concussions are mainly due to acceleration or deceleration of the brain. While helmets may not prevent concussions caused by these forces, they are crucial to limiting injuries of all kinds on the ice. In order to limit these injuries, it is vital to find the right fit. Without the proper fit, even the most technologically advanced helmet will not be effective. But finding the model and size that fits your head correctly will ensure the protective features will be able to do their job. If you’re unsure which helmet fits you best, or you’re looking for an accurate measurement and assessment, visit your local Pure Hockey store. The RS Pro helmet includes Warrior’s Impax Foam for high-end protection. This compression molded liner offers maximum protection against all kinds of impacts, while also providing solid comfort from front to back. For the adjustment system, Warrior chooses to keep it simple but effective. The RS Pro features a traditional toolless mechanism to provide a custom fit based on personal need and preference. Simply open the flaps on the sides of the helmet, adjust the length to the size needed, and snap the flaps back down to secure the new fit. The shell of the Warrior RS Pro helmet includes a unique integrated vent design. This construction directs air flow through the front of the helmet, around your head, and out the back of the shell, helping to keep you cool, whether you’re hitting the ice for warmups or taking your first shift in overtime. With plenty of protective and comfort features built into a sleek, lightweight design, the RS Pro proves to be an excellent option for fans of Warrior helmets or any player who is looking for a high-quality model.
