Flylow's website pretty much says it all, but here's the tl;dr. Looks like a hardshell from the outside, but is lightly insulated! Would fit a puffy underneath for those extra cold days if necessary. Underarm vents, aka PIT ZIPS (an absolute must in my opinion) and removable powder skirt! I added in a photo of me wearing it for reference, I am 5'1'' and around 150 pounds. I have bigger shoulders/arms for a lady and this jacket fits them nicely if that's something you find to be a concern. The arms also aren't way too long like many other jackets!
